Ediktum craft beer got its name from the famous Edict of Turda in 1568, the historic act that proclaimed religious tolerance in Transylvania. It is the first edict of its kind in the history of modern Europe. The original document is kept in the Brukenthal Museum in Sibiu and symbolizes freedom of thought and diversity, values that Ediktum beer reflects in every bottle.
